1. Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is me, Dejan Dozet, sole proprietor:

  • Dejan Dozet Entrepreneur Data Processing Tomislavci
  • Beogradska 6, Tomislavci, Serbia
  • Registration number (MB): 63144568, Tax ID (PIB): 108005073
  • Email: abc@dejandozet.com

For any question about your data, you can write to me at the email above or through the contact form.

2. What data I collect

I collect only the data you send me yourself and the technical data the website needs to work:

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number, website address, approximate budget, subject and message text. Only the fields the form marks as required are required. The IP address the message was sent from is also recorded with it, to protect the site against spam and abuse.
  • Comments: name, email address and comment text.
  • Purchase of products and services: full name or company name, address, tax ID and email address, needed to issue an invoice and deliver the license. The IP address and browser type are also recorded with the order, to protect against payment abuse, and the IP address is used to determine the approximate country for displaying the price.
  • Correspondence: everything you send me by email or through the form, including attachments.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and access time, which the server records in its access logs.

I do not process special categories of personal data (such as data on health, religion or political opinions), and I do not receive your data from third parties. The website has no user accounts.

3. Why I process data and on what legal basis

  • Answering your inquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Performing a contract: software development, providing services, delivering licenses and support.
  • Legal obligations: issuing invoices and keeping accounting records.
  • Publishing comments: your consent, which you give by submitting a comment.
  • Protecting the website from spam and abuse: my legitimate interest in keeping the website and its forms secure.

I do not use your data to send advertising messages, and I do not sell it.

4. Comments on the website

When you submit a comment, I decide whether it will be published. Before publishing, I may edit it for clarity and spelling or remove inappropriate content, including links to websites I consider unsuitable.

  • Only your first name and the first letter of your last name are shown with the comment.
  • Your email address is never published.

A published comment is public: all visitors can see it, and third parties can copy or share it. You can withdraw your consent to publication at any time, and I will then remove the comment from the website.

5. Who receives the data

I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the service provider the website cannot work without has access to it:

  • United Internet d.o.o., Milutina Milankovića 1c, 11073 Belgrade, Serbia: website hosting and email service. The website and email are hosted on their server in the Netherlands, so the website, access logs and correspondence are stored and processed in the Netherlands, under contractual and security safeguards. More information is available in the provider's data protection policy.

I may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires me to.

6. How long I keep data

  • Inquiries that did not lead to cooperation: deleted one year after receipt.
  • Correspondence with clients: kept during the cooperation and afterwards, for as long as needed to protect legal rights and meet legal obligations.
  • Invoices and accounting records: for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
  • Comments: while the comment is published or until you request its removal.
  • Server access logs: according to the hosting provider's rules.

7. Cookies

To learn which cookies the website uses and how you can accept or decline them, read the Cookie Notice.

8. Data security

The website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and I am the only person with access to the data. I apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no transmission over the internet or storage method is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors

The website and services are not intended for persons under 18, and I do not knowingly collect their data. If I learn that I have received data from a minor, I will delete it. If you think this has happened, let me know.

10. Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • find out whether I process your data and receive a copy of it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing based on my legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Send your request to abc@dejandozet.com or through the contact form. I will reply within 30 days at the latest.

11. Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, Serbia, poverenik.rs.

If you are in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country. The list of authorities is on the website of the European Data Protection Board (edpb.europa.eu).
