B2B and B2C campaigns

The price follows the scope of the work: the number of campaigns, the number of ad groups, the type of conversions, the monthly budget and any advanced features.

The first step

Setup packages

Add-ons to the chosen package

Small changes after delivery

For ongoing work on the account there is monthly maintenance, which costs less than paying by the hour.

Note: The Google advertising budget is not included in the service price and is paid directly to Google.

Monthly campaign maintenance

Maintenance is charged monthly and depends on the budget, the number of campaigns and the complexity of the account. A larger budget means more search terms, more keywords, more testing and more responsibility.

What comes with every job

The same applies to packages, add-ons and maintenance: what the price does not cover, what you prepare, and what I commit to.

Not included in the price:

I write this so you understand the price before ordering, not after. Everything on the list is something I can do, but it is agreed and charged separately.

  • The Google advertising budget. It is paid directly to Google and is not part of the service price — the price covers the work on the campaign.
  • Building or changing the website the ads lead to, including translations.

Before we start, prepare:

  • A Google Ads account, or your consent for me to open one in your name.

What I commit to:

  • The account and the campaign are in your name and stay yours, also after the work together ends.
  • You learn the price of every additional piece of work before I do it.

Frequently asked questions

A short explanation of the basic terms, so you know what is charged and why.

Google Ads is the system for paid advertising on Google. Ads can be shown to people searching for particular services, products or information. In Search campaigns you pay for a click on the ad, and the goal is to bring the user to the website, get a phone call, an enquiry or a purchase.

A Search campaign is the basic campaign that shows text ads in Google search. It is where the budget, location, language, bidding strategy, goals, display networks and basic advertising rules are set. It is the foundation into which ad groups, keywords and ads are added.

An ad group is the part of a campaign that covers one topic, service, product or set of similar keywords. For example, one campaign can have separate ad groups for website development, website maintenance and Google ads. Each ad group has its own keywords and its own ads.

Keywords are the terms you want your ad to appear for. For example, if you service air conditioners, the keywords could be “air conditioning service”, “air conditioner repair” or “air conditioner installation”. A good choice of keywords helps the ad reach people who are genuinely looking for your service.

Negative keywords keep the ad from showing for searches that are of no use to you. For example, if you sell a professional service, you may not want clicks from searches containing “free”, “jobs”, “pdf” or similar terms. This reduces wasted budget.

Ad copywriting covers the headlines, descriptions and basic texts shown to the user in Google search. The ad should say clearly what you offer, why the offer is relevant, and what the user should do — call, send an enquiry or visit the page.

Conversion tracking means measuring what happened after a click on the ad. A conversion can be a submitted contact form, a phone click, an e-mail click, a WhatsApp message, a purchase or a booking. Without conversion tracking you only see the number of clicks, not how useful those clicks were.

The advertising budget is the money paid directly to Google for showing ads and for clicks. That budget is not included in the price of building or maintaining the campaign. The service price covers the work on the campaign, while the Google Ads budget is a separate cost.

Monthly maintenance covers a review of the results, an analysis of search terms, adding negative keywords, correcting ads, checking the budget and basic campaign optimization. The scope depends on the budget, the number of campaigns and how much data the account holds.

A Search campaign is the basic structure of the whole advertising effort. It is where the budget, location, language, bidding strategy, goals and the main display rules are set. An ad group is only one part inside the campaign and covers a single topic or group of keywords. That is why an ad group costs less.

A larger budget usually means more clicks, more search terms, more data to analyse, more keywords, more ad testing and greater responsibility for the spend. Maintaining a campaign with a large budget therefore takes more work than maintaining a small one.

Advanced features are additional settings that are not part of a basic Search campaign. They can include remarketing, Performance Max, Google Shopping, Merchant Center, e-commerce tracking, CRM integrations, offline conversions or detailed reports. These are quoted separately because they depend on the website and the business system.

One campaign means one budget, one bidding strategy and one set of locations and languages. Anything that needs its own budget or its own targeting is a new campaign, with its own price. That is why a second campaign in the same account has its own line in the price list, and every further one costs less than the previous.

Extensions — sitelinks, callouts and call — are set at campaign level and apply to every ad group in it. If they were charged per ad group, the same work would be paid for several times. That is why they are part of the campaign setup price.
