Website Development: Fixed-Price Packages, CMS and E-commerce

You pick a ready-made website package with a defined scope and a fixed price. Then you pick the platform — NoEmStilOK CMS or the Dozet WordPress theme — and add maintenance if you want it.

Design

Built for your business

The package sets the scope, while the design follows your content, your audience and the way you want customers to reach you.

CMS

You edit the content yourself

NoEmStilOK CMS and the Dozet WordPress theme are systems I know down to the source code. Your text, images and posts never stay locked with the contractor.

Ownership

The site and the logins are yours

The domain and hosting are registered in your name. After delivery you receive every login and everything you need to run the site without depending on me.

Two platforms, two different websites

Every package is built on one of two platforms. They are not interchangeable: they differ in what you can do yourself after delivery, what the site costs to keep running, and how fast it loads. That is why their prices differ too.

NoEmStilOK my CMS

The best CMS in my opinion!

My own CMS, written and maintained from scratch — with no database and no third-party plugins.

  • The site is a folder, not a database. Backup and migration are a file copy, and the content stays readable HTML even without the CMS.
  • It is not WordPress, so WordPress attacks do not apply. Most attacks on websites are automated bots scanning for known WordPress and plugin vulnerabilities. There is nothing here for them to find: no database, no third-party plugins and no familiar admin path.
  • The speed of a static site. A cached page is served as a plain HTML file, without starting the application at all.
  • Multilingual support is built in. Every page knows its counterpart in the other languages, so switching the language takes the visitor to that same page instead of dumping them on the home page. Localised URLs including non-ASCII ones, automatic hreflang and Latin–Cyrillic transliteration come with it.
  • SEO without add-ons. sitemap.xml is generated on its own, alongside JSON-LD, breadcrumbs, title and description length control, and per-page noindex.
  • Images are processed on upload. WebP and responsive variants with real dimensions in the markup, so the layout does not shift while the page loads.
  • No monthly subscriptions and no database. It runs on the cheapest PHP hosting, with no database credentials on the server and no SQL injection surface.

Whatever the system does not already do, I build — because there are no third-party plugins. That is both the advantage and the limit of this choice.

Dozet WordPress theme

WordPress as it should be — without thirty plugins holding it together.

My WordPress theme — what usually arrives through a dozen plugins is built into it.

  • You stay in WordPress. The familiar admin and the familiar way of publishing; anyone who works with WordPress can carry the site on.
  • One author for everything. Multilingual support, the shop, SEO and the design all come from the same theme, so there is no conflict between plugins by different authors and no passing of blame.
  • Fewer updates that break the site. The fewer third-party plugins there are, the fewer mornings that begin with a site broken by an overnight update.
  • No annual licences. No subscriptions to premium plugins for translation, the shop or SEO.
  • Several languages without a translation plugin. The main language and the languages on display are chosen in the settings, and the theme itself creates the product types, categories and menus per language and links matching pages together. It already works this way on sites in Serbia, Norway and Hungary, in five languages.
  • Shop and payment are in the theme. No separate selling platform and no payment plugin.
  • SEO tags are built in, and step aside when needed. If a serious SEO plugin is already running on the site, the theme recognises it and withdraws instead of printing the same tag twice.
  • Speed comes from sending less. CSS and JavaScript are merged into a single file, icons come from one local file, and visitors who are not logged in are never sent the admin scripts.

The theme is derived from the WordPress Twenty Twenty-One theme and developed further, so it inherits a proven base. Underneath it is still WordPress, with everything that brings — that is the limit of this choice.

You do not have to take my word for it

Both platforms run websites that are online today. You can open them, put them through any measuring tool and check what I write here for yourself. These are not mock-ups or trial pages, but paid work that has been maintained for years.

On NoEmStilOK CMS, programiranje.co.rs scores one hundred out of one hundred in all four Google PageSpeed Insights categories — performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. On the Dozet WordPress theme, sunearthenergy.rs passes all three Core Web Vitals, measured by Google on real visitors rather than estimated.

Alongside the references you will find what the clients wrote themselves, with five out of five ratings. The reasons repeat: what was agreed was delivered, the deadline was short, and after handover they run the site themselves.

What I commit to

  • I reply the same working day, the next one at the latest.
  • The deadline runs from the agreed starting date, which I confirm once the complete material arrives — that is when you also get the exact delivery date. The clock stops while I wait for your feedback and resumes when it arrives.
  • I fix defects free of charge for 30 days after delivery. A defect is something that does not work as agreed; a change is something you want done differently than agreed, and it is arranged separately.
  • After delivery you receive every login, the source code and the database. The domain and hosting are in your name.
  • You learn the price before, not after. If something outside the agreement comes up during the work, I tell you the price before I do it.
  • A larger job is split into steps, each with its own price and deadline, paid step by step.

All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit/debit card is obtained through the conversion of the price in the displayed currency into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the amount may be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations or your issuing bank. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference between the original price stated on my website and the amount shown on your credit card statement.
If you have any doubts or concerns regarding this, please feel free to contact me at any time. Thank you for your understanding.

Not included in this package:
  • Number of pages. The package covers one page. A blog module, a catalogue and extra pages are not included and are priced separately.
  • Migration from an old site. Content migration and 301 redirects are not part of this package; they are estimated separately.

For this package I commit to:
  • Delivery time: one week from the agreed starting date.

What the package price does not cover

The fixed price covers the scope listed in the package. Everything below is work I can do, but it is agreed and charged separately. I write it down so you understand the price before you order, not afterwards.

  • Copywriting and translation The package covers entering the content you send me. Writing sales copy and translating into another language are not included — for a multilingual site that means you supply the text in both languages.
  • Photography, logo and visual identity The design adapts to your content, but creating a logo, taking photographs and licensing stock images are separate work.
  • Domain, hosting and e-mail I register and configure them, but they are registered in your name and you pay their yearly subscription. That is what keeps the site yours even when we no longer work together.
  • Integrations with other systems Connecting a courier service, an accounting or warehouse system, or fiscal reporting is not part of the package. The price is set once I have seen that system's documentation.
  • Legal texts The privacy policy, terms of use and cookie consent are placed on the site, but their wording and legal accuracy are yours to provide.
  • Changes and SEO after launch After delivery the site runs without me. Routine checks and small edits are covered by monthly maintenance; larger changes are agreed as separate work.
  • Advertising and paid tools Google Ads and social media, along with subscriptions to commercial plugins, are not part of building the site and are paid directly to the provider.

If something comes up during the work that was not part of the agreement, you learn the price before I do it — never afterwards. Change requests are priced separately and are never absorbed into the agreed package price. When a job is larger than a single package, we split it into steps, each with its own price and deadline, and you pay step by step.

What to prepare before we start

The deadline starts when the material arrives, not when the invoice is paid. If anything is missing, I tell you straight away what exactly is holding the work up.

Decide on the topics first, then on the package

Every page covers one topic and one set of phrases your customers search for. That is why the number of pages is not a matter of taste — it follows from the list of topics.

  1. Write down the topics your customers actually search for. A topic is one service, one product or one question you answer. “Replacing water pipes” is a topic; “services” is not.
  2. That list is your page count. Five topics mean five pages, plus the home page and contact. From there you know which package you need.
  3. The home page is a map, not a warehouse. It introduces each topic briefly and links to its page instead of covering everything itself.
  4. A phrase a page is meant to rank for must not sit as plain text on other pages. Wherever it appears, it links to the page that owns that topic. The first occurrence on that page is enough; repeating the same link in every paragraph does not help.
  5. Two pages on one topic are a mistake, not a double chance. They compete for the same phrase, so the search engine cannot tell which one to show. If topics overlap, merge them into one.

The material we need

  • Texts — final, sorted by page and in the languages of the site.
  • Logo and photographs — the logo in vector form if you have it, images at their original size, and confirmation that you hold the rights to them.
  • Company details — full name, address, tax and registration numbers, phone, e-mail, working hours.
  • Access — the domain and hosting if they already exist, or your consent for me to register them in your name.
  • Legal texts — the privacy policy and the terms of use.
  • Two or three example websites you like, with a sentence on why.
  • One person who approves. Approval by committee is the most expensive way to keep a project waiting.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, for the scope described in the package you choose. Before ordering, read the list of what is included and the list of what the price does not cover. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately, and you learn the price before the work starts.

NoEmStilOK CMS is my own system, built for a fast and simple site. The Dozet WordPress theme is the right choice when you want a WordPress environment and its ecosystem. They differ in what they are good at, which is why they are priced differently.

One month covers a review of Google Search Console and the error logs, plus one smaller content or SEO change: a single post, a fix to internal linking, or a comparable task.

You do. The domain and hosting are registered with your details, and after delivery you receive every login, the source code and the database.
