Instead of using multiple separate tools, TsatsaTayka makes it possible to organize business data, tables, users, permissions, settings, and workflows through a single web system that is used directly from an internet browser.

This system is designed to be easy to use, regardless of your technical knowledge, making it a practical solution for different needs: from simple records, working with users and organizations, to more complex internal business processes.

What does this program offer?

TsatsaTayka enables efficient creation of customized pages for entering, viewing, editing, filtering, and organizing business data. Each page can be configured for a specific business process: work-hour records, appointment scheduling, ticket management, product entry, order tracking, user administration, or any other internal record.

The interface can look like a table, allowing users to quickly add, delete, or edit records. Each column can support filtering for fast search, sorting, and pagination, while tables can contain different data types, including text, numbers, dates, checkboxes, dropdown lists, images, and other elements needed for everyday work.

The system supports the ability for multiple users to log in, work with user groups, and configure access rights. This way, each user can see and use only the parts of the system intended for them, which helps protect data and organize work better.

TsatsaTayka can be installed on a smartphone, and its display will automatically adapt to your phone (eng.: responsive design). You will have all the same functions as on your computer, allowing you to access your data wherever you are.

The application can run background tasks independently of users at exactly defined times (cronjob).

The program sends emails whose content can be defined statically and dynamically through templates. 

You can export data as an Excel file, process it in Excel, and import it back into the program. Upon request, I can also create a data export, using a template, to PDF.

If you want, you can receive messages (eng.: push notifications) in real time on any device. You only need to accept such messages when logging in and tell me what kind of messages you want me to create for you, and that is all!

If you want the data overview to be displayed as charts, I can create that as well.

The user interface can also be available in different languages (currently Serbian Latin and English are supported).

What is the program made of?

Behind the scenes, TsatsaTayka uses a database as the technical foundation for storing and processing business records. To develop this solution, I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as popular libraries such as Tabulator.js and Bootstrap, so that working with tables, forms, and administration pages is fast, clear, and pleasant for the user. The system is also integrated with a PHP API, which enables compatibility with different servers and databases.

Can it be customized further?

In addition to standard functions, I also provide a service for customizing each page to your specific needs, allowing you to make the most of this system. TsatsaTayka can be adapted to different internal business processes, records, user roles, organizations, and special modules.

New: TsatsaTayka ESIR for online sales and fiscalization

TsatsaTayka ESIR is a new part of the TsatsaTayka system intended for online sales and automatic fiscalization of invoices through the V-PFR service of the Serbian Tax Administration.

Unlike separate ESIR tools used only for manually retyping invoices, TsatsaTayka ESIR is connected to the online sales business flow. Data from an order can be used to prepare and fiscalize an invoice, without unnecessary repeated data entry.

The goal of the TsatsaTayka ESIR module is for online sales, order records, and fiscalization to be part of the same business system.

• The fixed cost that covers preparation and installation of the website is

• The price for creating a page that is integrated into existing tables, where data entry is done through a table, is
  • 5,000 RSD per page.
• The price for creating a page with data entry through a form or special requirements on the table page (for example: creating an invoice form or exporting to PDF) is
