Complete workflow for online sales and automatic fiscalization through the V-PFR service of the Serbian Tax Administration. ESIR is not a separate tool for manually retyping invoices, but part of the TsatsaTayka business web system.
If you issue only a small number of fiscal documents during a month, the monthly subscription is not charged. You pay a one-time installation and initial setup fee, and the monthly package is activated only when you exceed the threshold of your chosen package.

Package names indicate the intensity of usage. Fiscal document limits are shown in the package description, while additional development, special integrations, and non-standard workflows are agreed separately.
1. TsatsaTayka ESIR module
You pay the monthly subscription only when you actually use ESIR.
If you issue a small number of fiscal documents during a month, the monthly subscription is not charged. Installation and initial setup are billed one-time, and the monthly package is activated only for months in which you exceed the threshold of your chosen package.

Invoice line items are selected from the existing TsatsaTayka Product records, with the ability to change price, quantity, and tax label.
Special workflows
Refunds, copies, proforma invoices, training invoices, and advance closing are supported through Advance / Refund and final Normal / Sale.
Review and records
The ESIR journal stores statuses, PFR numbers, responses, tax line items, related invoices, and test records by transaction type.
Display and printing
The fiscalized invoice is displayed with the original V-PFR journal, QR code, and verification URL.
Software solution without a local fiscal device
TsatsaTayka ESIR is web/PHP software installed on a server environment and used through a browser. The solution is intended for electronic and other remote commerce, with HTTPS communication with the V-PFR service.
Typical workflow
The system uses data from web sales and the ESIR journal, and before fiscalization it checks V-PFR status and active tax rates.
V-PFR status check
The system checks communication, certificate, PAC, and V-PFR URL before working with fiscal invoices.
Invoice preparation
The invoice is created from the TsatsaTayka workflow or prepared through ESIR pages using products, payment, and customer data.
Fiscalization
The draft is sent to V-PFR, and the response is stored with PFR number, journal, QR code, and verification URL.
Review and delivery
The invoice is available in the journal for review, electronic delivery, browser printing, or ESC/POS printing.
Pre-fiscalization checks
- The invoice must have at least one line item.
- The line item tax label must exist in synchronized rates.
- The total payment amount must match the total invoice amount.
- A refund cannot exceed the amount of the reference invoice.
- V-PFR communication must be successfully verified.
