Windows program - Dormitory health check administration

Dormitory health check administration is a Windows app written in C# used for managing health check records of students applying for dormitory accommodation in Belgrade. The app is capable of reading and writing data onto smart cards and into a database. Only healthy students are eligible to live in the dormitory.
